After a motor vehicle or other traumatic accident many individuals struggle to return to previous employment because of physical, cognitive, and/or emotional difficulties. A comprehensive vocational assessment measures the multitude of variables that affect employability in order to determine the impact of medical problems on a worker’s employment potential.
This assessment is commonly used in litigation as a basis for achieving an equitable settlement in personal injury matters. Similarly, in matrimonial lawsuits the employability of a spouse may be at issue.
A vocational assessment clarifies employability and recommendations for any necessary vocational rehabilitation are made.
“When we are motivated by goals that have deep meaning, by dreams that need completion, by pure love that needs expressing, then we truly live life.”
