Vocational Assessment Services

A comprehensive vocational assessment measures the multitude of variables that affect employability in order to determine the impact of medical problems on a worker’s employment potential.

This assessment is commonly used in litigation as a basis for achieving an equitable settlement in personal injury matters. 

A vocational assessment clarifies employability and recommendations for any necessary vocational rehabilitation are made such as job modification, career change, and retraining.

In-Person Assessments

In-person assessments are available to fully vaccinated clients through offices in Calgary, Edmonton,  Vancouver, Victoria, and Kelowna.

Virtual Assessments

We also offer ‘virtual’ vocational rehabilitation assessments.  This includes:

    • A comprehensive interview via secure video conferencing.
    • Online administration of standardized vocational interest, aptitude, and ability testing.
    • Preparation of a detailed vocational rehabilitation assessment report that can be used in personal injury litigation.
