After a motor vehicle or other traumatic accident, many individuals struggle to return to previous employment because of physical, cognitive, and/or emotional difficulties. A comprehensive vocational assessment measures the multitude of variables that affect employability in order to determine the impact of medical problems on a worker’s employment potential.
This assessment is commonly used in litigation as a basis for achieving an equitable settlement in personal injury matters.
A vocational assessment clarifies employability and recommendations for any necessary vocational rehabilitation are made such as job modification, career change, and retraining.
