Credentials

Professional services are provided by Niall A. Trainor, MA, RRP, CVRP (F). 

Niall obtained a Master of Arts degree in Sociology in 1983, specializing in the areas of social psychology, social research methods, and the sociology of work.

He is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) and has been a member in good standing of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada since January 1993.

He is also a member in good standing of the Canadian College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals and holds the designation of Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (Fellow). 

Niall has more than 38 years of practical experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant in the not-for-profit and private sectors.  During his career, he has assessed and counselled more than 5,000 workers with multiple employment barriers, worked collaboratively as a member of multidisciplinary teams, authored more than 2,500 vocational rehabilitation reports for legal purposes, and has appeared as an independent, expert witness in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and other forums since 1995.
